Vice President Strategy & Development, Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute
Dr. Christina Raab is a passionate sustainability leader at the interface of circularity, sustainable development and innovation. As Vice President, Strategy & Development at the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute she is responsible for the planning and implementation of growth, innovation and impact initiatives for the programmes and services of the Institute worldwide and across industries.
Prior to joining the Institute, Christina served as Global Implementation Director at a leading multi-stakeholder initiative in the apparel and textile sector. Earlier Christina held management positions at forefront sustainability consulting firms, where she worked with a variety of private companies, multi-lateral organisations and public institutions to advance the integration of sustainability in core business and purchasing practices and to drive sustainable development across global value chains. She has successfully led holistic C-level and on-the-ground sustainability assignments with multiple sectors from consumer goods to manufacturing across Europe, Asia, the Americas and North Africa. Christina started her professional journey at the environmental branch of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation and holds a PhD in materials chemistry from the University of California Santa Barbara / Vienna University of Technology.
