Colleen Reardon is the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Sustainability for Purchasing Services at the University of Pennsylvania. She has been at Penn for 29 years, and attended the Wharton School of Business at Penn as well. Colleen is a founding member of PAGE (Philadelphia Anchors for Growth & Equity) and dedicates much of her professional time and personal capital working to expand the business opportunities for local and diversity-owned business in the Philadelphia area.
