Jeannie Linam has been immersed in sustainability, using design and systems thinking to create and implement sustainability initiatives through her own business since 2001 and at Genentech since 2011.
At Genentech, she manages cross-functional teams of management, employees, and suppliers to meet ambitious sustainability goals. She enjoys designing strategies, initiatives, and communications to infuse sustainability into the company culture.
