LeTonya Cooper, Sourcing Manager – FedEx Services, is a proven leader who specializes in driving standardization, process improvement and solving complex business problems. She has over 16 years of experience in the Procurement field. Her current position is Sourcing Manager, Supplier Relationship Management focused on Supplier Diversity, Sustainability and Risk. The Sourcing and Procurement organization is responsible for approximately $13B in spend across the FedEx Enterprise.
LeTonya is a 13 year FedEx employee and has received several accolades at FedEx for her leadership in significant initiatives resulting in an improved and cost effective supply chain. She has domestic and international operational and service related experience across the FedEx enterprise. Before joining FedEx, she worked in the Accounting field at International Paper Company in Memphis.
LeTonya attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN where she received a Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Accounting. She serves as the Professional Development Director for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Memphis chapter.
